Our standard shipping option is Australia Post Parcel Post at a flat rate of $11.00. We will usually ship from our Melbourne location within 1 business day after your payment is received and cleared. According to Australia Post, typical delivery time to capital cities is 3-4 business days or up to 6 business days to other locations.
We also offer Australia Post Express Post for $16.50 per order. We ship express orders ahead of standard orders and Australia Post will usually deliver to capital cities within 2 to 3 business days. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery of any item on or before a specific date.
Delivery of products
We will only deliver Products ordered through the Site to a location where delivery services are provided. The Delivery Fee for your order applies within Australia only. We use Australia Post for deliveries but may choose to use a courier service at our discretion.
Both Parcel Post and Express Post items have tracking provided by Australia Post.
Damaged or faulty Products and returns
If a Product is damaged or faulty on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that Product and notify us. If a Product is damaged or faulty or not as described at the time of sale, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery. If so, you may return the product to us. We do not accept returns where goods are as described at the time of sale and not faulty or damaged on delivery. You must provide us with the invoice we issued to you for your order to make a claim under this clause. If you fail to do so, then we may not provide you with a refund. We will not refund the Delivery Fee where the Products have been delivered to you.
For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of pantyhose or underwear if the packaging has been opened, tags have been removed, or the items have obviously been worn.
